services
Individual/Talk therapy provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we work to process pain, identify patterns, and build tools for healing and growth.
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that uses neurological processing to help the brain heal from distressing memories. Unlike traditional talk therapy, it targets the root of trauma by reprocessing experiences at a deeper level, reducing emotional intensity and promoting lasting relief.
Faith-integrated counseling weaves your spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. Grounded in Christian tradition, this approach honors the connection between mind, body, and soul—offering space to explore struggles through both clinical insight and the lens of faith.

If desired, a superbill can be provided, which clients may submit to their insurance provider to request possible reimbursement for out-of-network care. It’s recommended that clients call their insurance company to ask about their out-of-network mental health benefits.
